Global Credit Data collects raw data from its members and distributes it back to them for use in their own analysis and modelling. Former WG Data quality renamed to Methcom Subcommittee LGD & EAD platform

The Working Group Data quality has operated for many years in conjunction with the Methcom on the LGD & EaD platform and is now constituted officially as Methcom subcommittee.

The governance of the Global Credit Data Consortium (GCD) is laid down in the Articles of Association and the bodies empowered by GCD’s statutory documents are the General Meeting, the Board, the Methodology Committee and the Meetings of Data Pool members.The Working Group has looked and is still looking after the template, documentation and data control and quality issues for the PD database. In order to empower the group with specific responsibilities and decision powers, the WG must be constituted as Methcom Subcommittee .

The charter of the subcommittee sets out the mandate, composition and procedures of the subcommittee.
